Finding the right fit should be simple.

At Montara, we want every order to fit comfortably from the moment it arrives. Our apparel is designed with a classic unisex fit that works well for everyday wear.

Most customers order their usual size. If you're between sizes, prefer a relaxed fit, or plan to layer clothing underneath, we recommend sizing up.

All measurements shown in our size charts are in inches and are taken with the garment laid flat.

How To Measure

Width (Chest)

Measure across the garment, approximately 1 inch below the armholes.

Length

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

For the most accurate sizing, compare these measurements to a favorite shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie that already fits well.

Fit & Care Notes

• All measurements may vary by approximately ±1 inch due to the manufacturing process.
• Our garments are made using pre-shrunk materials, but slight shrinkage may occur after washing.
• Wash inside out with cold water.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry when possible.
• Do not iron directly on printed designs.

Processing & Shipping

All Montara products are made to order and carefully crafted after your purchase.

Processing Time

• 2–3 business days

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Shipping Time

• United States: 3–5 business days after shipment

All orders are printed and shipped from Houston, Texas, USA.

Please note that processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays, major promotions, and peak shopping seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If you're ordering for a birthday, holiday, family gathering, or special occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

If you have a deadline, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Buyer's remorse

• Personal preferences

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to find the best solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
